हमारा mission
हर Indian seller को — एक छोटी सी Instagram boutique से लेकर 50 लोगों के WhatsApp operation तक — वही operational software देना जो बड़े D2C brands चलाते हैं।
भारत का ज़्यादातर social commerce Instagram DMs, WhatsApp threads और उलझी हुई Excel sheets पर चलता है। Orders खो जाते हैं। Customers भूल जाते हैं। Payments कहीं गुम हो जाते हैं।
Global tools इसके लिए नहीं बने। वे मान कर चलते हैं कि एक checkout है, एक tracking pixel है, और एक English-speaking customer है जो कभी chat में discount नहीं मांगता। वे dollars में charge करते हैं। उन्हें हिन्दी नहीं आती।
Ordermatrix उल्टा है। Indian rupees। Indian couriers। Indian payment rails। उन लोगों के द्वारा बनाया गया जिन्होंने सच में भारत में एक social commerce business चलाया है — और इस chaos से थक चुके हैं।
हम fake testimonials नहीं बनाते, user counts नहीं बढ़ाते, और उन features का वादा नहीं करते जो हमने अभी ship नहीं किए। अगर site पर है, तो काम करता है। अगर roadmap पर है, तो हम साफ़ बताएंगे।
Razorpay, UPI, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, GST — ये add-ons नहीं हैं जो हमने बाद में जोड़े। पहले दिन से product इन्हीं के साथ design किया गया है।
हर feature का decision एक ही सवाल से शुरू होता है: क्या यह रात 11 बजे 50 WhatsApp orders संभाल रहे seller का काम आसान करता है? अगर नहीं, तो हम नहीं बनाते।
