अभी नहीं — Instagram का DMs API छोटे sellers के लिए बहुत restricted है। आज Ordermatrix वो जगह है जहाँ DM के through orders आने के बाद आप उन्हें लाते हैं। हम Instagram का API roadmap close से follow कर रहे हैं।
COD orders का क्या?+
Fully supported। Orders को COD mark करें, track करें कौन-से delivery पर paid हुए, और dashboard में COD-vs-prepaid breakdown देखें।
मैं unstitched suits / kurta sets / saris बेचता हूँ। क्या यह मेरे लिए काम करेगा?+
हाँ। Ordermatrix category-agnostic है और आपको किसी fixed catalog structure में नहीं बांधता। हर order में items add करें, photos attach करें अगर ज़रूरी हो, और stitching या sizing के लिए notes जोड़ें।
