Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. Most sellers are up and running in under 10 minutes. Create account, add your first order, and explore from there.

Where is my data stored?

On Indian servers in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Your customer data, order history, and invoices never leave India. We do not train any AI on your data.

Which payment methods can I track?

UPI (with screenshot upload and UTR duplicate-check verification) and Cash on Delivery. We do not integrate with payment gateways — you record what you actually receive, which is how most WhatsApp and Instagram sellers work today.

Do you integrate with couriers?

Not yet. You enter the courier name and tracking ID as text. Most sellers we work with use two or three couriers and prefer to keep their own negotiated rates. Courier integrations are on the roadmap based on customer demand.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You pick a plan and continue, or your account simply pauses — your data is preserved for 90 days so nothing is lost. We will not auto-charge you, ever.

Is there a mobile app?

OrderMatrix is a responsive web app — no download needed. Works on mobile browsers (Safari, Chrome). Native apps are not on our near-term roadmap.

Can I use Ordermatrix in Hindi?

Yes — full Hindi UI included on all plans. Switch in the nav with one click. Everything is Hinglish-friendly, not formal शुद्ध हिंदी. Punjabi UI is also rolling out — switch via the same language toggle.

How is OrderMatrix different from Shiprocket or Dukaan?

Shiprocket is courier-first; Dukaan is storefront-first. OrderMatrix is operations-first — we sit between your channels and your couriers, owning the messy middle: payments, team, packing, returns and customer comms.

What's on the roadmap?

Two features sellers frequently ask for: (1) Automated WhatsApp notifications — today you get manual one-click share; automation is on the waitlist. (2) Data export — on the waitlist. Sign up and we'll notify you when each ships. We don't promise timelines we can't keep.

When does WhatsApp automation launch?

Next release. Manual one-click WhatsApp share is live today on all plans — the order summary is pre-filled, you tap to send. Automated notifications (order confirmed, processing, dispatched) are on the waitlist. Trial users get early access when it ships.

Can I import orders from my old tool or Excel?

At launch, orders are entered fresh inside Ordermatrix using the quick-add form (30 seconds per order). CSV import is on the roadmap. If you have a specific migration need, WhatsApp the founders — we will help manually for early customers.

Do you work for WhatsApp-only sellers?
