OrderMatrix stores account, order, and (where applicable) WhatsApp conversation data to operate the service. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data.
We store information you provided at registration (name, email, phone number), order and product data you manage through the platform, and WhatsApp conversation data where that integration is enabled.
Email us at the address below with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number so we can identify your account.
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Data required for legal or tax record-keeping — such as invoices and transaction records — may be retained for the period required by Indian law (typically 8 years under the Income Tax Act and GST rules), even after a deletion request is fulfilled.
