Not yet — Instagram's API for DMs has strict limitations for small sellers. Today, Ordermatrix is where you bring orders after they come in via DM. We're tracking Instagram's API roadmap closely.
What about COD orders?+
Fully supported. Mark orders as COD, track which ones are paid on delivery, and see your COD-vs-prepaid breakdown in the dashboard.
