OrderMatrix provides an order management platform for Indian sellers. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Service

You may use OrderMatrix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data & Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We store all data on servers in India. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service.
