Is DelightChat an order management system?
DelightChat is primarily a WhatsApp CRM and customer support tool, not an order management system. It focuses on inbox unification and chat automation. OrderMatrix focuses on the order lifecycle — capture, payment, dispatch, returns, and invoicing.
Does DelightChat generate GST invoices?
TODO(verify) — we have not confirmed this feature. OrderMatrix generates GST-compliant invoices with custom branding on all plans.
Can I use both DelightChat and OrderMatrix together?
Yes — they serve different layers. DelightChat handles the customer conversation; OrderMatrix handles the order record. Some sellers use both.
Does OrderMatrix have WhatsApp automation?
Not yet. WhatsApp automation (bulk messages, chatbot) is on the roadmap and has a waitlist. It is not currently available on any plan.
