Instagram Order Management for Indian Sellers: From DM to Dispatch

When you sell on Instagram, orders arrive as DMs. Buyers message you with product requests, you quote a price, they send a UPI screenshot, and you arrange dispatch. This works at small volumes but becomes error-prone as orders grow — orders get lost in DMs, payments get missed, and dispatch gets mixed up.

How do I handle COD orders from Instagram?
Log the order with COD as the payment method. When the courier confirms delivery and payment collection, update the payment status in OrderMatrix. If the buyer refuses, mark it as RTO with a reason code.
Can I track multiple Instagram accounts in one dashboard?
You can add channel labels to orders (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp) so you know which channel each order came from. There is no direct Instagram multi-account integration.
